Former President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, is now claiming that the FBI "stole" his passports during the Mar-a-Lago raid!
The statement below is the only information Donald Trump provided in regards to the passports he claims the FBI "stole"!
The ex-president may have had a red diplomatic passport for official government travel, on top of his regular blue passport for American citizens, according to the Daily Mail.
The FBI search warrant and list of items unsealed by a federal magistrate judge on Friday afternoon indicated that agents took 20 boxes of items from Mar-a-Lago. The materials included binders of photographs, information on French President Emmanuel Macron and a range of classified material.
One set of documents was labelled ‘various classified TS/SCI documents’, which refers to top secret/sensitive compartmented information. Also recovered were four sets of top-secret papers, three sets of secret documents and three sets of confidential records.
It comes as a shock to no one that the passports were not listed among the other items. Monday was the day that he claims the FBI "stole" the passports.
Trump told Fox News Digital that ‘the country is in a very dangerous position’.
‘There is tremendous anger, like I’ve never seen before, over all of the scams, and this new one – years of scams and witch hunts, and now this,’ he said.
Trump essentially labelled the entire raid a "scam" through his statement in which he said "The people of this country are not going to stand for another scam’. Trump then said that his representatives have reached out to the Justice Department in the hopes of receiving help from this on this matter.
‘Whatever we can do to help – because the temperature has to be brought down in the country,’ Trump said. ‘If it isn’t, terrible things are going to happen.’
